problem in my machine lathe TMC250

good morning
i bought a lathe machine huron TMC 250 about three years ago 2014 , now i

have a probleme with the turret of the lathe cnc stop rotating , when i push the button to change the

tool it doesn't respond it make a sound that it trys to change the tool but it doesn't spinning.

so i hope can any body tells me what's wrong with my machine and what can i do to solve this problem.

i don't think so cause i open the turret and all the part are good. no breaking inside.

I do not know specifically this machine but I think you could look into these possible causes :
- chips or stuff blocking or hampering the turret movement
- loose linkage between stepping motor and tool holder
- weak power supply in the stepper motor circuitry
- damaged wiring or plug
- defective or disturbed position sensor if any

Did it begin suddenly ?
Have you been able to see if motor is moving at all when pressing button ?

i will look for theme

yes it began suddenly i was drilling holes on a piece of steel ( spool spacer ) and then it just stops spining.

yes the motor is moving normely.
